Causes More Stress then Ease

On my first order , I ordered flowers with a balloon for a birthday delivery , they charged me for both plus a delivery fee , but then delivered the flowers alone...after I called to question what was happening , they told me that the balloon would be delivered later on in the day which is completely pointless and very silly. The second order I placed and paid for they emailed to say that they don’t have stock and will refund my monies in 3-10 days , it has not been 13days and still no refund. Completely disappointing service from a gifting company that’s supposed to make your life easier. Has just caused me more stress and anxiety!
