Catfished by the branding. Ordered a 10, received a 5.

I was satisfied with the service logistically, however I was disappointed with the product delivered. The recipient shared a picture with me and it was a bit of a let down in comparison to the image on the website. I ordered “Pink Rose Delights in a Pot” (***) - I feel to set expectation it should be mentioned that this bouquet has 2 roses with the rest of the flowers being carnations, maybe a good idea to take “rose” out of the title completely; and additionally that this is teeny-tiny. The price tag was hefty for only a few small carnations. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed.
