I used of your services regularly since before August this year. I was very impressed with the quality and speedy delivery. But the last few orders was disappointing as the quality of the flowers was good. Then the last order I've was for 24 roses (NETSP962 - Red Rose Love Is Bouquet). I paid a lot for those, R 449.90. The roses were not as pictured and looked much smaller and poor quality and old flowers. The worst part on the second day my girlfriend had to throw away the whole bunch because it wilted so much all the flowers died. I am not one to complain much, but to pay nearly R500 for such poor quality is hard. The roses Checkers sells looks much better than these, for R400 les. R500 for flowers that didn't even make it to day two. It was supposed to be special flowers for a very special lady. That's why I ordered more expensive flowers than before. But it was not worth the money and we were very disappointed. I complained online but never got any feedback. Then I got a silly mail saying I have been contacted and the case was resolved. This was not the case. I rep**** that nothing was resolved. After weeks I got the same silly mail. A lie as I was never contacted at all. <br>
