Cant follow instructions

Ordered flowers from Netflorist, they delivered on the wrong day. I then went and unsubscribed from their newsletter (after a Google review that was ignored by them).But alas, they still keep sending, I have no unsubscribed from "all publications" twice. Seems they struggle with instructions over there
