Can't find my address, reason for no delivery

Tracking an order doesn't work. Tried chat, when amazingly someone asked me how I could be helped, I was ignored and asked to send an email or phone (that's a joke, no one answers).

Then I get a stroppy phone call from, I presume, a dispatcher, claiming the driver couldn't get find my delivery address. Why? They have successfully delivered to me before. I can see my full delivery address - unit no., complex, road, suburb, AND extension, city, province, country! on my invoice. Why was he looking for it in Boksburg - I can find the address of my complex on Google Maps and Waze? Seriously!

Still waiting for delivery, a day and a half later.
