Can't deliver for special occasions

I've spent alot of money on netflorist and have gone through two Valentines days unscathed. This year I was not so lucky.

Netflorist did not deliver one of my items. I sent a few emails with no response on the day so decided to call the next day. The woman apologized and promised delivery on that day.

Needless to say a week later, 3 calls and promises for same day delivery later my delivery still hadnt been made. I eventually asked for a refund as the cost of airtime I had spent to call their call center was starting to catch up with the cost of the missing item.

Netflorist definitely has some beautiful bouquets but honestly I felt disrespected by their lack of service. I will not be using their service again.

My advice to anyone is to probably stick with not using their service during special occasions like Valentines day or Mothers day. The last thing you want is for a loved one to be expecting a gift and getting nothing.
