Cannot order - Website Issues for days

I have been unable to enter my mobile number into the online store. I asked the chat - Was given many options, which did not work. Gave up and tried again today. Asked Chat and it said call customer service. They dont pick up the phone. I have given an hour of my life to this... Going to the mall is faster
