Cannot deliver efficiently.

They still haven’t delivered a gift I ordered 2 weeks ago for delivery on 11 July 2020. I get told that it will be delivered on 18 July. Yet no delivery.

This is their core business. To deliver on time yet they are unable to fulfill their basic core business. It would seem that they over promise and under deliver.
