cancelled order

I was very happy with the flowers that I received however due to the fact that Netflorist ran out of quality street they cancelled my my chocolates and then refund me only R99.95. which means I can reorder my chocolates but I have to pay another R89 for delivery fee. I have email them with my concern to *** and phoned them however there is nothing they can do for me. Really? why should I reorder a different chocolate and then pay delivery fee again?
