Cancel Netflorist, THE PITS!!

Netflorist is the pits lately. I ordered a personalised vintage scroll candle on the 7th of July 2020 for my partner as a surprise as she was not having a good week. On the delivery day, the 9th, I was called in the morning to be informed that only vanilla is available, which I didn't mind. Then I was told the item will be delivered before 17:30. The item was not delivered. On the 10th I called & I was ONLY informed then that actually, there is not stock available, & as always, they are "sorry."

Mind you this particular item I redeemed a voucher which I received from them back in January/February 2020 as an apology because they didn't deliver on their promised date. That time it was a birthday gift, which never made it to the intended recipient due to the shops' incompetency.

I'd blame it on the Covid-19 pandemic, but Netflorist is becoming worse by the day. It must be that new building they acquired recently.
