Can't be trusted with delivery and personal messages in cards

I ordered flowers on the 28th of September for delivery on the 29th. I had a personal message in the card with my flowers, as is customary. On the 29th I phoned the customer care line to escalate delivery to a 3pm deadline because I found out the recipient would be leaving the office at that time. The customer care agent (you can contact me directly for his name. I will not embarras him as he embarrassed me) read the first line of my message and laughed, telling me something to the effect of the line being the best one he'd ready for the day or a while. I can't recall the exact wording.

Twenty past three I phoned customer care again to inform them that due to the missed deadline, the delivery address would have to be changed. The address was changed.

This morning (30 September) I phoned customer care again early in the morning, to make sure that the address was changed and that the delivery would be made at the correct address. I was assured that it would be.

13:25 this afternoon I received an email informing me that the delivery was made to the old address and that reception had signed for the flowers. The recipient was not there and the message in the card was read by several parties in the office.

I phone customer care again at 13:26 to find out what was going on. The explanation is too long for me to want to type here. Feel free to go and ask your own people.

All I have left to say to you is that my average R500 business will not be made on Netflorist .co.za anymore.

http://www.floraniche.co.za/
https://www.saflorist.co.za/
http://www.flowers.co.za/
http://www.inmotionflowers.co.za/south-africa/
http://www.bespokebouquet.co.za/
http://www.teleflorist.co.za/
