Call center and general

I made 2 transactions with you guys and i must say thank you your excellent service. The first was to my mom and you never had a vase like in the picture and i kept missing your call but the call center never gave up until they got hold of me and asked if a different vase was fine. The second was to my fiance in Canal walk and that made her birthday and gave me excellent browny points. Thank you guys again
