Call Center

Phoned in to change a order.<br> *1st call lasted a total of 30 seconds before being cut off<br> *2nd call lasted 6:29 - with the agent telling me that the order details cant be changed. When I asked to cancel the order the phone was put down on me<br> *3rd call lasted 8:42, I asked to speak to a senior person only to be told that there is no such person around<br> <br> 3rd call will explain the attitude of the staff.<br> <br> Please also note that most of the time on the calls was me waiting in the queue to be answered.<br> <br> **** service!!!!
