Cake not worth price the price at all.

On 23/01/2021 I placed an order ***, a birthday cake for my brother. When the cake arrived i was so disappointed that i immediately sent an email to complain about the quantity and quality of the cake, i was asked to send photos which i did and they promised to get back to me. I sent another email after the cake had been cut and also included photos of how thick and dry the layers were, still no response. I than called them to ask the progress on my issue, i was put on mute by Lebogang who eventually hangup on me after 8+mins.
