But quality engraving and non existent customer service

The quality of the engraving on glasses is cheap it comes out with a simple scratch and the custumer service is non existent! Try to get them to correct a name ,they agreed but was delivered to me with the same mistake I asked them to correct! Don’t order from them it’s a waste of money and they are so expensive
