Bungled delivery

<p>I ordered flowers and a baloon for my wife for valentines day, because of the early order they promised to include free choclates. On the 14th of Feb they only delivered flowers. No balloon and no chocaltes. I phoned them and they assured me that they rest of the goodies would be sent the same day. 2 days later and nothing has been delivered. They are also not answering my emails.</p>
