Bull**** Service

What a ****ty business being run here with little to no intent of servicing the customers with utmost respect for their money. I have been in constant communication with these people trying to get my refund back and all I keep hearing is "It will reflect in 10 working days due to high volumes" .. the 10 days was today and now I am told to wait 5 more days because the people I have been speaking with were *********** temps that do not have full training on the system..Yhoo!!! Never buy from Netflorist, it's bull****.
