Brilliant 10 Year Anniversary Service

<p>It saddens me to say that NetFlorist are a massive money making bunch of ********s that over promise and definitely under deliver!!!! I will never ever be using the ever again.....Ive placed and paid for a special delivery for today 2 WEEKS ago.......To top it all, this is not a case that one can just re-enact, it is after all a 10 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. Clear instruction was given, 2 weeks ago, this morning I received a mail stating that parcel left the building at 11h02.......NOW MORE THAT 4 HOURS LATER, still NO delivery, plus my wife already left work....so I had to be the idiot contacting my wife to tell her to turn around as I'ver sent her a surprise....WOW....what a SURPRISE that is NetFlorist????<br />I contacted the call centre requesting to speak to a manager as this is TOTALLY unacceptable....after being on hold for sometime...I was told...sorry the manager is in a meeting and cant take my call.....I do not buy this for one minute......This is the WORST service I have ever received and I will never recommend anybody to place an order with NetFlorist.</p>
