Breach of the POPI Act

I have attempted 5 times to remove my email subscription from their unsubscribe function, however I still receive emails. I spoke to Sihle (Supervisor), who told me their manager (Bronwyn) doesnt take calls. As a CX Manager for a large company, I take calls when my customers need me to. This is the first time I hear a manager does not.

I have checked with each request to ensure that I have unsubscribed from ALL communication, yet I am still receiving it. Their lack of ownership from leaders is a clear indication of how unprofessional this company is.
