BRAND LOYALTY LOST....

I'm so disappointed about the service i received from this company,ordered a gift that was suppose to be delivered on the 21 Dec 2018,and it was not delivered so i waited thinking they will deliver on the 24th Due to it was festive season maybe my order was being delayed,still it was not delivered. My frustration is that they did not bother to even call or notify me about the delay until i contacted them on the 02 January 2019,was told to send proof of payment and i did as i wanted a refund,days went by did not get an update on my query,until i called them and they only tell me now they made a mistake when typing my email address,now still have to wait 5-10 working days to receive my refund as if i was the one who made a fault.

The service given to me this time around was sooo bad to a point where i don't know whether i should trust them again.
