Boycott forever

I have never had as terrible an experience as I have had now. placed order for birthday personalised item 17/09 for delivery 09/10. more than enough time I thought, still not delivered and get sent from pillar to post and manager to manage, promises to call back, deliver item and refund - well needless to say, nothing yet. this is the third time my orders have been messed up and this will be the last. never ever will I use or refer them again, wish I could give a zero rating
