Bouquest costing over R800 worth R200

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a colleague after the death of a family member, to be delivered to our office, which I thought would be interesting as I have never actually seen flowers that we have ordered before. I have always just trusted that what I ordered was what was delivered. The bouquet was just delivered. It was probably worth R200 at the most. I complained to the driver, who called his manager. Oops, seems a mistake was made. If this was delivered to a 3rd party at another address I would never have been the wiser. A larger bouquet was taken out of the delivery van, sorry to the person who was supposed to get that order! Also, the condolence message was in a Xmas card. You don't get more callous than that. Bitterly disappointed, will be using a private florist from now on.
