BOTCHED AND SPOILT HAPPY MOMENT

you guy botched the delivery, you really spoilt a romantic gesture that was meant for my partner. the delivery was dispatched/picked up by the delivery man at 13:00, i had to call in at 15:00 to find out where the delivery was and only for the delivery man to spoil the whole surprise by calling partner and explaining everything. the reason i opted for the present to be delivered to work was for her to feel special, only for the delivery to get there at 16:00. after she had knocked off. i will never forget the disappointment on her face on a day the was supposed to be one of her happiest.
