Black Friday **** - Netflorist

So, a quick summary, black Friday, I specifically chose Netflorist to buy & deliver a gift. They have a promo for 20% of R500 and above spend, & 40% off R1000 and above spend. So, since it's a black friday special, you'd expect it to be deliverable on Black Friday too. However, You have to read the fine print, which is nowhere close to their marketing strategy. You have to go to the home page, scroll to the bottom, click on terms and conditions, then scroll right to the bottom again, to see the T&C's on this promo. Which states delivery is for 4-12 december only.

Now, who goes to check these kinds of things? You'd expect the company to be open & transparent, giving a fair notice of the vital details that would impact your purchase directly.

I'm very disappointed in this false advertising, if I may say, & intentional misleading of information.
