BIRTHDAY SURPRISE RUINED BY NON DELIVERY

I bought flowers and one of those birthday balloons on NetFlorist to be delivered to a friend of mine today, on her birthday, and the delivery was not made. The reason they gave was that the package got damaged on the way and so they couldn't make the delivery. What was more upsetting was that in their message, they just said they'd make the delivery on the next available date without even calling to check if I would still like to continue with the delivery considering that her birthday would be over by the time they decided to deliver especially with a happy birthday balloon that would now be sent on a day that isnt her birthday anymore. I'm beyond upset about this because my friend just moved to a new city and it would've made her day to receive something from a friend from home. Terrible service from NetFlorist and I've demanded a full refund! You've officially lost me as a customer!
