Birthday Spoils, excuse the pun.

Purchased flowers and a teddy with chocolate for me wifes birthday on Monday. Two orders got dispatched and the one with flowers arrived after my wife had knocked off, and I received an email stating that the order was delivered. The next day, Tuesday the 29 of November 2022, I received the second email stating that the teddy and chocolate were delivered and signed by my wife. When I called her to verify, she said nothing was received, just a phone call from the delivery guy saying he will try to make it by 16:00. My worry is why am I receiving emails stating that my orders were received, when in actual fact nothing was received. I ended up calling and speaking to Wandile, and asking him to cancel my order, which is something I didn't want to do. I am very disappointed at the service I received from Netflorist.
