Birthday ruined by netflorist!

If I had an option for zero stars I would use it. Birthday RUINED thanx to netflorist. I placed an order for flowers on Monday and because I noticed they said they deliver to business addresses till 5pm I specified that I knock off at 4pm. Flowers were to be delivered Friday 31st May, around 8am I tracked my order and it said it is out for delivery around 12 noon I sent Keamogetswe (who by the way is the only nice person who works at netflorist) a mail asking how far the delivery was as I would be knocking off at 4pm he tried to track the order and said the driver says he will deliver before 3pm, at 3:30 still no delivery I called their customer service (very useless) was put on hold for 15min (airtime wasted) only to be told they are “still within their delivery time of 5pm” all this after I tried to even explain that I specified that the office closes at 4pm and that I’d be leaving for North West to go celebrate my birthday immediately after work. The lady and the guy were very rude and not giving me a chance to explain that the reason I specified how long I will be in the office for is because I have to go to North West instead they made it seem like me getting my delivery on time was a favour while I placed my order well in advance and paid full for it. I am very disappointed with the service I received and have been crying all day because of this and my entire day has been ruined. Thanks for nothing netflorist!
