Birthday RUINED!!!!!!!!

The most pathetic service I have EVER received!!!!!!!! They deliver the wrong gift for my sister for her birthday! Lethabo forgets to log the problem! Nothing gets rectified! I phoned 8 times!!!! Nobody wants to help me!!!!!!! My sister didn't receive the gift I had ordered for her😭😭😭😭😭 and they refused to refund me!!!!!!
