Birthday present ruined

i am really disappointed with Netflorist and their RAM third party , they did not deliver a birthday gift to my spouse in time they only manage to deliver days after mind you the order was placed a week before with specific date and time to be delivered. their call center agent are as useless as the company. i will never advice any one to make use of them unless if you want spoil your surprise to the loved once.
