birthday present not on time

I have place an order for a birthday present 2 parcels was ordered and paid together, also they delivered the one the day before the birthday date ( what a spoiler) and the other one was not even on time on the day of the birthday, when I phone to follow up on the order for the second parcel they said sorry that happens
