Birthday gone bad

I am utterly disappointed by netflorist.I had placed an order for flowers and chocolates for my mom.& When placing the order I was told they would be able to deliver at her workplace only to find that on the delivery day they contacted her to meet them halfway as they do not deliver at her workplace and to top it all she only received the flowers.the chocolates were nowhere to be found! The following day I called to enquire what had happened to the chocolates and after being put on hold I was told they will be delivered later in the day. I cancelled the chocolate order and demanded a refund and was told I would receive it in 5 to 7 working days.its shocking to think when I made the payment,it was received immediately but my refund takes a week.im so disappointed!!!!!
