Birthday gist delivered after the persons birthday, spitting mad😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered flowers for a birthday gift, same day delivery. We'll it never was delivered the same day, as to their driver stated on the notes, they call the recipient to be delivered the next day. Which that was a lie. I sent Netflorist a WhatsApp with my call log to show I never received the call. Besides I would I agree for a birthday gift to be delivered after thebowrdons birthday? Doesn't make sense. This happened order on 27th May 2025, delivered 28th May 2025. I have left 2 messages to speak to the management. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THIER CALL. I WhatsApped again yesterday the 29th May 3025, just to receive this sarcasm remark: "Amazing! We can’t wait to surprise you, smooches 💋"...... What the.......... I don't need this, can netflorist contact me now.
