Birthday gift to be delivered as promised which didn't happen!!!

Dear NetFlorist,

I just want to advise that your service is so disappointing!! I cannot even explain the immensity of disappointment i feel right now. What was supposed to be a birthday gift to my mother was unfortunately not delivered!

I paid for this gift on the 5th of March and needed it to be delivered as in today (8th March), which was not the case. I have contacted numerous times and every agent keeps telling me they will follow up with the third party courier (RAM couriers), which is also absurd of them not to be delivering as the status on showed "Out on delivery". I am still waiting on a agent by the name of "Jasmine" to call me back to advise what is the status of the delivery. I don't know what to do in this case as i feel angry at the same time sad because it is my mom's special day today.
