Birthday gift not arriving on the same day

Dear Hellopeter

I am do disappointed with the service that is deteriorating from Netflorist I had place an order for a birthday gift to be delivered today one give was delivered the other was not when I spoke to the birthday girl she said she received one gift. when I phoned the call Centre I am told that their system has scheduled it for another but day but my invoice date it says today. I am so unhappy and I am wondering why did they not pick up a phone and told me it cannot be done what type of service is this. Item Number ***cis not delivered as agreed according to their service level agreement.
