Birthday flowers not delivered

Last Friday 26 February ordered flowers to be delivered to a client - was dispatched for delivery midday but driver went to an office park at 17h20 to deliver and naturally no-one was there anymore<br> <br> - Then received an email with a lie about me being unreachable when no contact was made. To top it off then client was hounded Saturday by Netflorist requesting her home address, and then one of the consultant called me asking for the unit number because when they contacted the client directly they forgot to take her unit number. Then again I get a non-delivery email reason cited is incorrect address given....by WHO???<br> <br> Really unhappy with the service and want my money back and will not be using Net-florist ever again - this was a relationship building exercise and how the client was hounded by your staff was definitely horrible
