Birthday flowers not delivered

It was clearly stipulated that the order needs to be delivered anytime before 1:30pm. That contains a 7 and a half hour period in which this could be delivered. The order was for R624.70 and nothing was delivered.<br> <br> If the order could not have been done on time I should have been notified earlier as now this is quite upsetting to find out this late.<br> <br> Really poor customer service.
