Birthday Flowers not delivered

@NetFlorist. I placed a R600 order for flowers for my girlfriend's birthday, with the delivery set for the 10th of April. We tend to assume that the delivery will occur on the 10th, as stated, because we pay R70 for delivery. Suprise, suprise, not for the first time in my experiences with Net Florist does the delivery fail to make it in time. <br> Your call centre staff did, however, contact my girlfriend to try deliver today ****h April). No delivery took place. <br> On a previous occasion your delivery staff was rude to my girlfriend, destroying any good feeling the flowers I sent would have evoked.<br> Your service is *******. I sent a complaint email back then, but received no response back. How about sorting out the basic functions of your business before expanding further into things like baking? <br> Being in a long distance relationship is hard, but gestures like these help bridge the distance, atleast for moments. <br> Thank you for another occasion ruined.
