Birthday flowers dead!

It was my birthday on Monday and my sister decided to send me surprise birthday flowers. It was delivered late afternoon, a box with half dead roses in. I took pictures and send it to my sister as I know flowers are expensive. Needles to say she wasn't happy, she phoned the next day they promised to deliver at my work before 4pm that didn't happen after i had already left it was delivered and again the roses look a bit better than the first time around but i have seen much better!!! If you don't have nice roses don't sell them! I am very very disappointed, what was meant to be a nice surprise turned out to be a bitter experience and i will advise no one to make use of Netflorist after stuffing up the first time around having a chance to better then this is what you get????
