Birthday Delivery- 5 days late!!!!

I am so disappointed! Firstly, the delivery was not delivered on the correct day! I was then kind enough to accept the next day delivery and after numerous calls to Netflorist I finally get told, it will now be delivered after the weekend! That is 5 days after the birthday!!!!! Personally, I would not advise anyone to use Netflorist, this is the general experience! They take on too many deliveries and fail at 50% of them.... use a local florist if possible. Less hassle and your delivery will occur on the persons birthday and 5 days later!
