Birthday Cake - 5 HOURS AFTER THE PARTY!!!!

I ordered a cake, flowers and a gift for delivery before 3pm. I was told the driver was in the are at 1pm - which was a blatant lie. I received the flowers just before 5pm and the CAKE NEVER ARRIVED.

At 8pm the evening - yes 8PM, after guests had already left, they wanted to deliver the cake FIVE HOURS LATER. I told them I no longer need a cake 5 hours late, the Red Velvet Cake which was R739.90 and they want to deduct a R89.95 delivery fee and charge me 50% of the cake cost - which is utterly ridiculous.

As a long standing client, I would expect a full refund and apology - I am getting serious flack and still being billed. The "we couldn't care less" attitude of their call centre agents and everyone I spoke to, is infuriating.

Disgusted with the service and will never use them again!!!
