Birth gift

Last week the 11th I ordered flours and a card for my fiance..for them to be delivered to her work place..bare in mind that it was not the first time ordering from this guys..to deliver things to her office..no issues or what so ever but this time around it gets worse..she knocks off at 17:00 she needs to rush to the taxis..for her saftey..but hold on she is now called by the netflorist driver at 16:30 saying we will be there in 15min for your delivery..happy she was she call and inform me...at. 19:00 i call my fiance no she was told that the driver was lost is in boksburg..19:30 she gets the delivery anything couls have happened to her i mean not in this times here in SA where women and children are victims.well i send an email amd a chat to tell them of how I feel not even an apology by far..at the same time on the 12th September 2020 is her birthday..I had ordered something to be delivered to where we stay so i can surprise her..guess what today is the 15th..still no order delivered..i made countless calls send emails amd even sens the chat messages..no call no nothing except the sms i got yesterday saying delivery was on its way until now....my woman is mad with me that I dont take her serious..first she got flours late she had to risk waiting for them..secondly insont get her anything for her present....I am not happy at all..i tried thinking they will respect me..surely m not respected enough..thats i decided to take it here
