Biggest **** artists!

Netflorist is the absolute worst! Ordered flowers for valentines day on the 11th feb and used a standard bank wicode. They told me there's no delivery in my area on the 14th and it will be delivered on the 15th Feb. Was a bummer but not a problem. Then on the 15th they say there's no drivers it will be delivered the following week 🤦♀️ so now I'm gonna get melted chocolate and dead flowers?? I tell them to cancel the order and refund me which they do, but as credit because it was a wicode. This was about R450. In March was my brother's birthday and I ordered him something from NetFlorist using the credit and paid R100 extra to fill in the balance. When I logged in on the day to track the order, it said order cancelled. Who cancelled the order? Not me that's for sure 😂 when I phoned to query they told me that they were out of stock of a certain item and cancelled the order but they will substitute. I said hell no and requested a refund. Did these idiots not refund me only the R100 (after calling them 3 times). They then insist that the refund for the R450 wad processed yet nothing is credited to my account! I even went and commented on their Facebook page and guess what.. I GOT BLOCKED FROM COMMENTING!!! 🤣🤣 Its been well over a month! I would like my refund because I know that money is going to go into painting their cars pink if I don't get it!
