Big Dissapointment

It was with great excitement that I ordered a gift and balloon, on the 30th of January for my Valentine to be delivered on the 14th of February. He specially did not leave the office waiting for his delivery. I phoned yesterday at 10h00 and I was told that the gift will be delivered soon, it never arrived. Yesterday afternoon at 14h00 I phoned, held on for 45 min and when they answered, they could not hear me??? A complaint that many people raised on their FB page. I received a mail this morning to say that the order is out on delivery and when I phone to query all of the above, I was told they don't know why it was never delivered or what time it will be delivered today????? I am sure the gift is stale by now and it really spoilt my day. If they cannot meet deliveries, why take the order? It seems to happen a hell of a lot, when are they going to buck up. I will definitely NEVER use them again and I used them a lot
