Beyond your wildest Imagination - UNACCEPTABLE

If you could give 0 stars, I would. Completely and utterly disappointed in the service provided. We ordered a birthday gift for our boss and requested same day delivery (29 August 2024) - that was yesterday - it did not arrive. Today we then found out that Netflorist packed our order, in someone else's order, and then delivered it to the other person, who then took it upon themselves to open it and start eating/drinking what we ordered knowing full well it was not theirs. Thus no package for our delivery. Our Boss whose birthday was yesterday now has absolutely no gift from us which is embarrassing as the whole office chipped in for it. We then requested a refund of our monies and were told to wait 10 days. That is UNACCEPTABLE!!! It takes you minutes to request we pay you for our order, but then when you mess up, you are not willing to expedite the process in refunding our money the same day so that we can go and purchase our own gifts with that money. I will NEVER use NETFLORIST ever again and am not going to stand down expressing this to everyone.
