Beyond horrible service with rude staff

Beyond horrible can't even describe the terrible service. I bought 2 boss's day gift on Wednesday and got my delivery yesterday. One item from the order was correct and the other one is someone's else's grandfather's 70th birthday gift. After I picked up my order which the security signed for, I phoned them. They promised that my order would be made a priority and I asked them to deliver on Friday, 16 October, morning as it is for a director. I have spoken to 6 different consultants, asked for manager details and did not get anywhere. After being told that my delivery would be priority I was advised that I am number 7 on the delivery list. The staff are either rude or just do not want to assist. It is after 15:00 and I still have not received my order and so the director is not getting his boss's day gift on boss's day!! Pathetic service.
