Beyond Disappointing

This is the first time I have ever given a negative review for any company, and hopefully the last. However am sad to say, I have to echo the same sentiments of all comments shared regarding non-delivery of my Valentine's gift. More so, after receiving an email on the 13th indicating it was already out for delivery. Either way from calling to sending four emails and still no joy. It is now 23.30 on Valentine's Day, and still no gift has arrived. Beyond Unacceptably disappointing.
