Beware of Netflorist

Do not buy from this company if you intend claiming VAT back for your purchase. They are either unwilling or unable to issue a valid tax invoice. You are expected to make do with a printable receipt. When you complain, they send you an "invoice" that looks like it was hastily drawn up on Excel. The VAT paid is not stipulated and it doesn't even have an invoice number. Not sure if they are ***** or simply ***********. To be honest, after all the emails I've sent, I no longer care. SARS can sort the matter out.
