Best Service Ever

I have always used Netflorist for all occasion for the last 3yrs and have always been happy with the service but on the 10th Nov was my wife's birthday and I ordered a birthday package from them, there was a mix up with the package and the delivery time, my wife ended up leaving work early as she was given a half day by her employer and the package was not yet delivered to her.<br> <br> I called in and the staff and supervisors quickly got a hold of the driver and I managed to delay her at the salon and the package was delivered to her (At the salon)<br> <br> I then noticed that the package was incorrect and then called and was assured that the correct package will be delivered to her the following day, to our surprise, she got the correct package and also received a surprise belated gift from the NetFlorist team.<br> <br> Thank you all and keep up the great work...<br> <br>
