Best delivery service! Went the extra mile!

I put in a last minute request for a same day delivery and was helped by the call center very efficiently and friendly. What was made this service outstanding was the lady that did the delivery. She really went the extra mile, after we had the address wrong, the recipients telephone number out of order, recipient being immobile and bed bound, etc etc, this lady kept attempting to do this delivery and did so with a smile!
