Best Customer Service Experience Ever !

WOW!!! What a PLEASANT experience I had with this company, more specifically an employee from the Netflorist branch in the Cape Town, Parow Industrial Area. HEIN ATKINS had EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and CARE from the very first call informing me that he was on his way to deliver my mom’s order I had placed on my dad’s behalf. My dad is currently working abroad in The Middle East on a cruise ship and couldn’t be with my mom yesterday for their 17th wedding anniversary. Thankfully we had someone so ACCOMMODATING like Hein to assist us to make sure delivery was done at a time we were certain my mom would be at work since he called me and told me he was on his way to deliver the package. I informed him that the time will unfortunately not be well suited as she would not be at work as of yet since she had a later shift for the day. He assured me that he will be doing another trip to her place of work once all other deliveries were out. The thorough communication we had throughout the course of the day was just TOP NOTCH! He was kind enough to get the extra rose and added that to my mom's bouquet as per my dad’s special request, (the bouquet ordered, along with the personalised card and anniversary balloon was 16 roses and we needed 17) this was a gesture curated to symbolise 17 years of marriage between my parents. These were all small things done yet it meant the world to us, Hein went the EXTRA MILE every step of the way. He had also agreed to capturing the moment for us so my dad would see, being so many miles away. It was truly a beautiful moment for us all and certainly an unforgettable experience. We as a family will always remember you for this, for your THOUGHTFUL and KIND actions. May you be BLESSED in every aspect of your life !
